Welcome to Fierce Driving School! Please read these policies before booking a driving session with us.
Being on time for your class
Time is money! When a session is booked, you are locked into the time frame specified unless the class was cancelled or rescheduled beforehand. Please be on time for classes scheduled. In the event that you are unavoidably late and there is free time available on that day’s schedule, the instructor may facilitate your full class time.
Class Cancellation
No surprises! A cancellation within two (2) hours of your class will result in your incurring a late cancellation fee of JMD$2,500.00. Payment of this fee will allow you to reschedule the session, but a lack thereof will result in the session being removed (in the case where the session is a part of a package) or having to rebook the session at the original cost (in the case where the session is not a part of a package). If your instructor cancels a class suddenly, you will receive a complimentary 45-minute session (single session) for the inconvenience caused.
Refunds (applicable to packages only)
Your satisfaction is important to us! As such, you are allowed to request a refund. In the processing of your refund, classes already done from your package deal will be calculated then deducted from the amount paid at the current cost per single lesson. The window applicable for such is up to 5 days after your first class. After this time, a request for refund will not be honored.
Please be advised that Although clients are allowed to set their own time schedules, Fierce driving school reserves the right to make notified adjustments to these times to accommodate a productive working schedule.
